HEALTH CHECK BOX PACKAGING

This was a packaging design project which was part of a partnership initiative between Simplyhealth and Squarehealth to create a 'health checkup' kit that could be sent via post to home addresses where recipients may be unable to reach their GP or local hospital. The design had to be unmistakeably Simplyhealth, whilst also being easy to read and not cluttered with information. A QR code is provided on the back to scan with a smartphone for video instructions on how to use the contents of the box.
